Workplace Policies
Work Hours and Attendance
All employees are expected to adhere to their scheduled work hours. If you are unable to report to work as scheduled, you are required to notify your supervisor as soon as possible.
Harassment and Discrimination
The Company strictly prohibits harassment or discrimination in the workplace. Any reports of such behavior will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. Employees found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Health and Safety
Ensuring a safe work environment is a shared responsibility. Employees are required to follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions or accidents to a supervisor immediately.
Leave Policies
In compliance with the Indiana Family and Medical Leave Act, eligible employees are entitled to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons with continuation of group health insurance coverage under the same terms and conditions as if the employee had not taken leave.
Employee Conduct
All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner that reflects positively on the Company. This includes adhering to all Company policies and procedures, respecting the rights and dignity of others, and maintaining confidentiality of Company and client information.
