Indiana Divorce Settlement Agreement
This Indiana Divorce Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made on this ______ day of ___________, 20__, by and between ______________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Party One") and ______________________ (hereinafter referred to as "Party Two").
WHEREAS, Party One and Party Two were lawfully married on ___________, 20__, in ________________, Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the parties intend to dissolve their marriage via a divorce proceeding in the state of Indiana; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to settle between themselves all matters regarding their marital assets, debts, support, and custody of their children.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. Division of Marital Assets and Debts
Both parties agree to an equitable division of marital assets and debts as per Indiana's equitable distribution laws. The specifics of this division are as follows:

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties regarding the dissolution of their marriage and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind, and no other agreement, statement, or promise relating to the subject matter of this Agreement that is not contained in this Agreement shall be valid or binding.
